Q. Is there an annual fee?
A. There is no annual fee on a Renner/CFN Cardlock card.

Q. Can I use the card at Renner retail sites?
A. Your card can be used at all Renner retail sites, Cardlock locations and on home delivery of heating fuels, gasolines and diesels.

Q. Can I use CFN locations out of this area?
A. Yes, there are over 2,000 CFN locations in the U.S. and Canada. Your Renner CFN card gives you
access to all of them.

Q. Do I pay the posted price at other CFN locations that I pay at Renner?
A. No. You will pay the OPIS (Oil Pricing Information Service-a non biased organization) average for the area that you are fueling in, plus taxes. OPIS accumulates wholesale fuel cost throughout the country. This means that you will be charged the wholesale average for fuel that day. This could be either higher or lower than what is posted. When the wholesale price is going up you will see that immediately on the CFN network. Likewise, when the wholesale price is going down you will benefit from that immediately. The street price tends to move a little slower with increases and decreases.

Q. Why won't my card work?
A. "Incorrect Reading" or "Card Read Error" - You may need a duplicate card. Please contact our office and we will be happy to send you one.
A. "Check Card Orientation" - Please insert card so the reader can read the magnetic stripe on the back of the card.
A."Denied" - This is a gift card error. It means your gift card is out of funds and needs to be refilled.
A."Card Not Valid" - This message indicates that your card has been locked out. Contact your card administrator.
A."Do Not Honor" - This message means that your account is past due and you need to contact our credit manager.
