How to Enter:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Sweepstakes begins on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 00:01 Pacific Standard Time (PST) and ends on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 17:00 PST. To enter, email your photo(s) to explore@rennerpetroleum.com (Sponsor’s “website”). Registration will also require the following: photo showing (A) You holding Sponsor’s card at fueling station or (B) You holding Sponsor’s card while on a road trip. As part of the registration you will be required to submit your full name, Sponsor’s card number, complete mailing address and phone number. Photos must be uploaded in compliance with the Sweepstakes requirements in a JPG format not to exceed 5MB. Photos may be in black and white or in color. Limit one (1) entry per person or email address per day. If an entrant or account submits multiple entries, all subsequent entries (other than the initial entry) will be automatically disqualified. All entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor’s database clock will be the timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

All entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor. Photo entries that do not meet the photo specifications or otherwise do not comply with the Official Rules herein may be automatically disqualified. Incomplete, incongruous, illegible or mutilated entries will be automatically disqualified. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, altered photos or illegible entries. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Sponsor will determine in its sole discretion what constitutes a valid entry. All material submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

In the event of a dispute about the identity of an entrant, entries will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry (if eligible). “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account, which may be identified by reverse domain name search. Sponsor is not liable for lost or misdirected entries.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes at any time, including without limitation if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and to award the prizes based on eligible entries received prior to the cancellation.
