WE ARE PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT RENNER PETROLEUM HAS BEEN CHOSEN AS THE LUCAS OIL DISTRIBUTOR FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AND SOUTHERN OREGON!

Renner Petroleum has partnered with Lucas Oil to wholesale, distribute, and retail their products at our 3 stores. These products are generally found in parts stores, automotive specialty shops, and hardware outlets.

Lucas Oil produces a full line of oils in synthetic and semi-synthetic along with greases for everyday use and all types of racing. They also make fuel stabilizers, octane boosters, gun oils, vehicle detailing products, fuel system cleaners and more.

Lucas Oil's new research and development laboratory was completed in October of 2008. Since that time they have improved their testing capabilities significantly. When they develop a new product they carefully choose the base oils and additive systems to create the highest quality and highest performing lubricant/fuel treatment. Lucas Oil’s technical staff has a tremendous amount of research and development experience and they use this experience to remain the leader in the aftermarket and fully compounded arenas.

They take pride in not only meeting specifications, but exceeding them. They have the capability of measuring kinematic viscosity at 40 and 100ºC, determining flash points of extremely flammable, flammable, and combustible materials, determining metals in new and used oils with their X-Ray Florescence. They also use Infrared spectroscopy for quality control, technical service, reverse engineering and new product development. They additionally have foam testing capabilities, cold temperature testing capabilities for multi-grade engine oils and have a state of the art table top density meter to determine pounds per gallons of finished products and incoming raw materials.
